I love Bob Dylan.
I don't love Orlando Bloom.I want to write like Graham Greene, Kazuo Ishiguro, Toni Morrison, Hunter S Thompson and Pooh Bear. And like myself, whoever that is. Apparently this page will tell you.
I live with my husband Kris Jenkins. He calls me The Fronge and sometimes a tough audience.
I have only been in love once. I have nearly been in love thrice. I've said yes to two official dates: the first had a flower tattoed around his nipple and the second changed his personality into something that wasn't Spiderman down a subway. Moral: unrequited love is better than dating.
I studied English & Classics at Nottingham University. I work for UNICEF. I care about dressing well. And more relevantly about the world and its wounds. Sometimes they make me cry. I am not sentimental about animals.
I have recently graduated from an MA in Creative Writing at Birkbeck. I've finished one novel I'm not happy with and I'm working on another I hope to be happy with. I'm 30 years old and I've been to 30 countries. I plan to double the latter and halve the former in 2007. That's because I'm a superhero.
